Region 8 is the area closest to the sea, making it one of the zones with the greatest development potential for the future. At present it has only one paved road and still lacks internet and CAPA utility connections. However, in the last three years numerous developments with ground-floor commercial spaces have been built, signaling rapid growth of the area in the medium term.
